Herbal Bath: Add 4 ounces of the herbal mixture to a large mixing bowl or yoni steam seat. Pour roughly 1.7L of boiled water into the bowl with the herbal mixture and blend to make a tea. All mixture to steep 5 minutes then strain the herbs from the liquid and throw the herbs away. Add the liquid mixture to a very shallow bath in your tub. Sit with legs parted in the bath, which should come to your hip when seated. Soak at least 15 minutes.
Yoni Steam: Add 4 ounces of the herbal mixture to a large mixing bowl or yoni steam seat. Pour roughly 1.7L of boiled water into the bowl with the herbal mixture and blend to make a tea. Allow mixture to cool for at least 5 minutes. Hover the back of your hand a few inches over the herbal mixture to make sure it is not too hot. Place bowl or steam seat in your well cleaned toiled. Undress from the waist down & sit on the toilet with legs parted, over your herbal mixture. Ensure the mixture is not too hot, wrap a blanket around your waist to ensure the steam does not escape & your body is warm. Remain seated 20 to 30 minutes for best results. If steaming, do not use five days prior to the start of menstruation Wait at least two days after the end of menstruation to resume steaming If trying to conceive, do not use during ovulation *You will receive full bath & steam instructions with your order
